Pacific Palms Resort And Golf Club City of Industry is the only IACC-certified conference center and golf resort in Los Angeles and Orange County, a distinction held by no other property in the region. The 300 hectare property includes over 4200 m² of function space, such as the 1100 m² Majestic Ballroom, alongside two 18-hole golf courses: the Eisenhower and Zaharias courses. Each golf cart is equipped with GPS yardage and two ice chests, while the driving range and PGA shop offer full practice and retail services.

On-site dining includes the upscale Red Restaurant & Bar, which offers California-style cuisine, sweeping views of the San Gabriel Valley, and live music. A separate snack shack near the driving range provides coffee, espresso drinks, and quick bites, though bottled water is not sold on the property. Guests can also use the shared lounge/TV area and outdoor fire pits on scenic terraces with mountain views.

The Sally Spa offers a full menu of massages, treatments, and spa packages, with a jacuzzi and sauna available for under $40 per two-hour session.
